The QNAP Business Support Service (QBSS) is an advanced support plan that provides project-oriented business users with prioritized hardware diagnosis, troubleshooting, hardware repair and advanced replacement service.
QNAP Customer Issue Tracking Program
In order to shorten hours of customer issue handling and product development schedule, an internal issue tracking system was designed, departmental meetings were held regularly to track the progress of each position's handling, which effectively shortened the customer complaint response time.
QNAP Branch Office Disk Compatibility Tests Plan
To save waiting time for disk compatibility tests, I integrated test resources and deployed test infrastructure for branch offices. The QNAP branch offices of Japan, United States, Germany, and China have the ability to perform disk compatibility tests.
Wistorn Skype Video Test Laboratory
In order to realize Wistron's self-certification capability, establish an optical laboratory that complies with Microsoft Skype video certification, and develop the test plan.
