As the cofounder of TAL Management Services in Livermore, California, Todd Lovejoy advises a variety of startup and mid-cap companies and nonprofits on matters ranging from implementing and optimizing management principles and organizational structures to establishing organizational financing and positioning for exit strategies. Before establishing TAL Management Services in August of 2016, Todd Lovejoy served seven years as the owner and principal of TAL Executive Services, a consultancy that provided a full spectrum of business solutions and management tools to a client base of senior-level executives with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and others in the manufacturing industry.

Todd Lovejoy formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ajax Custom Manufacturing, the Chief Operating Officer of Victron, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ansen International. In addition to working out of Ansen offices in San Jose and Las Vegas, Mr. Lovejoy oversaw global product development in China and Hong Kong. Under his direction, Ansen experienced a $71 million increase in overall sales.
