Serving as managing partner of Rickel Education Group, LLC, in Akron, Ohio, Todd Rickel provides coordinated entrepreneurship and business incubator solutions. His firm works in verticals such as technology, finance, and education in enabling organizational and revenue growth. Todd Rickel and his colleagues also oversee efforts spanning faculty development and expansion into new academic programs. 

Dr. Rickel additionally engages as non-management partner with Conservaco, LLC, a Southern California firm that curates several brands. The company combines capital acquisition capacities with in-depth knowledge in the communications, marketing, and digital experiences spheres. 

From 2008 to 2012, he served as president of Milwaukee-based Herzing University Online and oversaw a regionally accredited online institution. He managed various divisions, including career development, admissions, student accounts, and financial aid. 

Todd Rickel maintains a strong community presence in Akron, Ohio. He is a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and member of the St. Hilary Parish Pastoral Council. He has worked as a volunteer at the Akron Food Bank, Genneserat Food Kitchen, and as a part of Akron Interfaith activities.
