Tony Jawhar

Founder of MedBridge and Innovative Spine

An entrepreneur in Washington, D.C., Tony Jawhar draws on two decades of experience in medical sales and distribution to lead several successful companies. As the founder of MedBridge, he managed strategic partnership alliances and led business operations for the multidisciplinary collective of medical specialists. Tony Jawhard also founded Innovative Spine, a leading resource for medical device manufacturers and clinical research teams, and Advanced Medical Systems, which focuses on post-surgical care, minimally invasive spine surgery, and pain management.

A graduate of James Madison University, Mr. Jawhar earned a pre-medicine bachelor of science in biology. Early in his career, he spent five years in neurological device sales with Boston Scientific. Over the next 20 years, he established an extensive international network of suppliers and service providers, leveraging strategic corporate partnerships to provide business solutions to the medical industry.

Mr. Jawhar attends annual educational events, including the Spine Summit and the North American Spine Society conference. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and fishing.
