Starting out with Marcus and Millichap a dozen years ago as an investment sales team member, Mr. Fiume gained insight into what it takes to be an effective broker operating as part of a team. In the role, he began building an in-depth knowledge of Manhattan’s property markets. He also developed the negotiation skills essential to delivering consistent results, day in and day out.

Prior to joining Bold Manhattan, Mr. Fiume was focused on residential brokerage and property management with Forrest Partners, which owns a wide range of mixed-use buildings in the city’s urban core. Travis Fiume has an extensive interest in yoga and meditation, and values time spent with his family.
