1. Assist clients with Taxes and Accounting problems they have met.

2. Prepare for Financial Reports including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Statement of changes in equity, Cash Flow Statement and Details of Significant Account.

3. Manage 1~3 auditors to compose the Financial Statement and Individual Income Tax Return.

4. Review the Accounts which auditors have been audit.

5. Audit Account receivable, Sales revenue, Inventory, Cost and Retirement,Cash and cash equivalents,Prepaid expense, Property and equipments, Accounts payable, Salaries and wages Payable ,Unearned service revenue and Income taxes payable.

6. Work with 2 audiors, 1 senior manager and 3 CPA to help to accomplish financial reports and Individual Income Tax Return, including 2 IPO and 10 non-public companies.
