Lncternet: a web-based application for integrative analysis of lncRNA modulation networks

【Purpose】
  • Developing an interactive web application, for construction, analysis, and visualization of lncRNA modulation networks from gene expression profiles.
【Tools and usage】

  • Integrating the algorithm of biological network and visualized the analysis from python and rendered to client-side website with python flask framework and HTML.
  • Supply user to upload the expression profiles of mRNAs, miRNAs and lncRNAs and compute their co-expression networks to identify the coherent associated modules
