For more than two years, I’ve been managing two brands during the time working in hi-tech medical industry. Also, one of the first developers for one of the brands, creating a progressive brand that competitors try hard to imitate.

Victor Chuang is global account manager, market developer and project manager as well. Some might question that so many duties in oneself would that cause one’s lack of ability in one specialty?

In my opinion, greater deeds lands on those who have greater powers. On the other hand, these specialties require the abilities that could strengthen each other. A powerful marketing strategy is completed by knowing your customers the best. Account manager, who first-hand contact with clients provides a good view of what clients think of products and services. As for project manager to do good jobs requires flexible skill on both sales and marketing. Thus, all these experiences develop one’s altitude and insight. In each position, every task achieving can be simplified in a macroscopic way.

Providing customized medical plan and create win-win situation for both clients and the company. To become qualify to the job, I absorbed massive knowledge related to orthodontics and dental.

Project Manager

New business model
Development of a business model and practice. I served as a Procurement staff whose jobs are to get dental labs cooperating permission. Also have to negotiate the price and delivery rules.

Huawei Cooperation Case

Huawei Medical Industry Department intends to invest digital medical equipment in Latin America. Serving as the preparatory and execution team, I demonstrated the products in English in order to finish the task.

Global Account Manager

Clients are all over the world. Such as Russia, Italy, France, Australia, Philippines and so on. Maintaining clients to purchase consumables are important and when there is a new business model will have to demonstrate remotely.

I’ve been editor of social media such as Facebook and Instagram, and brand managing specialist. I do copywriting of social media and news in both Chinese and English, web’s Search Engine Optimization, google analytics and google ads planning.
