KEY ACHIEVEMENT
Maximize the sales volume by executing monthly action, compared to last year, increased 2% in value and +55% in QTY in 2018.
1. Participate in CRM program such as BTQ enhancement event, VIP private dinner project execution, VIP present design, etc.
2. Monitor and analyze stock level & BTQ typology; actively rotate boutique stock to match the development of core business strategy.
3. Involve in visual merchandising and lavish watch display by implementing colorful strap program, hot spot counter for best sellers, watch ambassador program for BTQ managers, etc.
4. Select and promote products through public relations initiatives, department store DM, and social media platform.
