<關於我> 曾任專攻機器學習與深度學習領域的研究助理，具有獨立完成專案的能力與團隊帶領經驗。研究方向為零次學習(Zero-shot learning)與元學習(Meta-learning)以及機器學習於智慧建築的相關應用，也對圖像生成任務、強化學習等項目稍有涉獵。 <榮譽及獎項> + 1個專利 + 2個智慧建築比賽獎項 + 3篇人工智慧/深度學習/機器學習相關論文發表 <機器學習/人工智慧演算法開法與應用經驗> [2018年] ‧ [機器學習/人工智慧應用] 參與和台積電公共設施服務部合作之應用持續學習型演算法對空調控制優化的專案，並負責機器學習演算法部分的主力開發，減少其空調箱(AHU)用電量10%。此演算法之相關論文發表於2019 IEEE SMC研討會(該專案獲得內政部巢向未來智慧建築競賽銀獎與專利一件) [2019年] ‧ [機器學習/人工智慧應用] 參與和台積電公共設施服務部合作之建築多樣感測器數據整合演算法的開發，為機器學習演算法部分的主力開發之一，省約 2%空調箱用電量，5%外氣空調箱用電量，以及 3%照明用電量，該專案獲得2020年內政部建研所巢向未來智慧建築競賽金獎 [2020年] ‧ [學術研究/深度學習演算法開發] 開發應用強化學習使模型可由已訓練完成的相關任務(consistency task)網路得到指引，進而完成非監督式的學習的演算法。此演算法之相關論文發表於2020 ICPR研討會，並實際應用於交通大學之一處停車場。 [2021年] ‧ [學術研究/深度學習演算法開發] 開發一種基於Zero-shot learning的影像特徵辨識器，可用於協助資料集標註。此論文目前正在AI頂級研討會同行審議中(第一階段被接受)。 ‧ [機器學習/人工智慧應用]目前正積極開發與台積電公共設施服務部合作之智慧中央空調控制模型的快速轉移演算法，為機器學習演算法開發團隊之team leader。 I'm currently working as a researcher in the deep learning field focusing on meta-learning, zero-shot learning, and reinforcement learning applications; besides the academic research, I also lead a team to develop projects of machine learning applications for smart building systems. I'm experienced in project development and solving the challenges of machine learning algorithms to apply in the real world. I've completed 3 smart-building-related projects, where two of which are now working in the office building of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). With these projects, I have an oral paper published in IEEE SMC 2019 as well as a paper published in IEEE ICPR 2020, 1 patent, and 2 prizes in smart building competitions. Aside from the real-world application projects, I also conduct academic research related to zero-shot learning, the paper of which is under review by a top AI conference (phase 1 accepted).
