1. Engineering Project Management • Build project team and communicate well with cross-functional engineering team members. • Communicate with the Apple EPM and align the demands for our project team's execution. • Coordinate with factory operations teams, including NPI/OPM, engineering, manufacture, and supply chain to output quality deliverables. • Drive all project team members for closure/containment of issues and gating items and mitigation of risk to move onto the path to production. • Manage and control the project status and regularly update to the management.

2. Field Application Engineer • Executive functions: Coordinate process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for Apple’s new product launch to reach the optimum capacity. • Coordination skills: Work together with R&D team for product design and process design related issues. • Selling: Sales performance has an annual growth rate of 36% and an annual turnover of 19 million CNY. • Communicating: Coordinate with security team to implement security policies, regulations, rules and make sure that the environment in the workshop is safe for NPI product.
