• World Wide Metal Cards Order Management • Define Load Balance Strategy (Maintain Balance within Latam/Noram Capacities). • Define Safety stocks Strategy and levels per Factory that produce CITI/BOA Products. • Coordinate with the NPI, Planning, Production and Procurement teams the execution and qualification of Transfer orders (Internal & External).

• Monitoring the Program Management’s metrics of the different sites across the region. • Ensuring the programs have the QvA system updated to be able to review and compare what was originally quoted against the actual sales. • Follow up and support on the Customer Survey Measuring Process (CSMP) in order to ensure all the surveys are answered and considered. • Encouraging and keeping track of the program management team on their continuous training in the PM Prime Platform. • Update and Maintenance of Power BI reports.

• Communication and negotiation with customer. • Work closely with Customer focus team in order to fulfill customer demand and expectations. • Prepare, load, invoice and follow up purchase orders. • Receipt and follow up of Returns and Reworks. • Ensure materials and finish goods are shipped in a timely manner. • Support the Program Manager to ensure commits and goals are met. • Management of the supply commit VMI process. • Monitoring of the project’s Account Receivables.

• Load, Maintenance and execution of the MPS in accordance with the customer requirements. • Plan and develop a production schedule based on customer’s demand. • Review all scheduled production to insure materials availability. • Identify and react to material shortages. • Work closely with purchasing department in order to ensure the Materials are on time. • ECO validation regarding excess and obsolete materials. • Management of the supply commit VMI process. • Monitoring of the project’s Account Receivables.
