Oversee all sales strategy and sales policy at Moog Music Inc. I lead a team of over 13 sales staff across 3 global regions. As head of Global sales I manage a 30+ million dollar book of business as well as the teams responsible for sales development and growth. I help form our commercial leadership team and am responsible for the performance of our commercial strategy and plan. As a member of the executive leadership team I am responsible for contributing to the enterprise growth and strategic planning. I author the roadmap for our sales operations initiatives and oversee the global sales budget. I author the sales plans around our new product introductions and ensure all global partners are meeting their requirements around the launch of a product.
