External communication : Website management (Wordpress) incl. design, analytics and content creation such as articles, newsletters and press releases (Mailchimp, Mynewsdesk) incl. design, content creation and monitoring, SoMe management, content creation and monitoring (Meltwater) , on- and off-boarding for inside information. Reputational Risk : Analyzing risk metrics and implementing guidelines and a system for reputational risk management in accordance with the suggestion in Basel II. Legal experience : Documentation and basic contract negotiation for ISDA and CSA agreements, EMTN and Uridashi bonds as well as derivatives transactions.
