Senior Sales Navigator @ Lisec America, Inc.
I enable higher revenue by leveraging Salesforce technology to allow increased visibility into each opportunity lifecycle. I've decreased the organizational barriers between the sales pitch and quote delivery in order to accelerate the sales pipeline and close more deals. I evolved our sales department from a spreadsheet-based system to a more holistic sales ecosystem. Following implementation of the Salesforce CRM our management now has a real-time view of sales activities and order probabilities. Additionally, from an operations standpoint we are now able to manage the quote process more actively, by tracking quote requests and following up with our parent company in order to reduce the time it takes to close a sale.
