Hong Zhang was born in a laboring family in Changhua, Taiwan. My growing up environment is simple and my parents are simple. I was very fortunate during my studies. The National Taiwan University graduate thesis "Using optimization methods to estimate the anthropometric data in the connecting rod model." The thesis is in the field of orthopedics biomechanics. After graduation, he held medical engineering research, information software development and company management positions in the private sector. I participated in the civil engineering of the public college entrance examination, and passed the professional examination of water conservancy engineering to serve in the Supervision Institute. My job is to assist the supervisory committee in investigating public construction, transportation procurement and flood prevention and disaster relief cases, and writing investigation reports, correcting texts and impeachment texts. I used my free time to complete 21 credits for the Master of Laws class. I deeply feel the importance of knowledge, and through learning it allows me to realize my dreams. From 2018, I started studying for a doctoral program at National Taiwan University, and worked part-time in Advanced Public Transportation Research Center, APTRC.
