• Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.
• Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
• Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents
• Conducted in-depth analysis regarding Employments checks and Education checks.
• To develop as well as build relationship with Universities and institutions.
• Manage background verification check process for different organizations.
• Raise & resolve discrepancies to the client / employee / vendor as required.
• Track daily report to ensure cases are not missed for follow-ups.
• Work on High Priority Cases and share reports to client coordinators at proper intervals.
• Monitor progress, manage risk & verify the cases as required.
• Ensure the adherence of the TAT & maintain the same.
• Responsible for determining the goals those members will work toward.
• Maintains record of all daily targets of team to ensure monthly average is met within time.
• Maintain the quality of the reports & consistently deliver quality services to the client.
• Providing on the coaching and guidance to help the team deliver quality, reliable performance.
• Manage the client relations & deliver to the satisfaction to its core.
• Ensure to follow up get the payment cleared within the agreed time period.
• Get the feedback at regular interval & communicate the same for taking the corrective actions towards the improvement of the systems, processes & quality of service.
