Encourage and practice cost effectiveness to minimize operational losses across support units
Manage relationship officers at the branch
Ensure compliance to organization policies, processes and procedures
Ensure the branch teams work at optimal efficiency and within an enabling work environment

Risk management to reduce operational risks that might affect service delivery
Review and recommended asset quality to the Credit commit for approvals
Ensure a prudent level of portfolio diversification and minimized credit risk
Identifying and managing credit and risk without use of expert IT system such as ICA

Customer Advisor
Responsibilities
Increase growth of customer portfolio.
Maintain and manage customer relationships.
Initiate and manage SME relationships.
Increase product penetration by reviewing customer portfolio to determine potential cross
sells, identify gaps and recommend new products.
Prepare solution based proposals and increase product sales.
Achieve agreed sales targets for new accounts, cards, assets and liabilities.

Loans and Assets Direct Sales Agent
Responsibilities
Monitor the utilization of credit facilities by identifying the under-utilized products
Contact customers to identify any issues and escalated service issues
Report on customer credit progress
Ensure customer qualification for credit lines
Ensure minimal risks by vetting customer credibility
Portfolio management to ensure quality portfolio and timely disbursements to partner organizations
Ensure increased customer growth
Develop and maintain new market penetration techniques
Ensure increased market share
Advise on new product development to ensure compliance to customer requirements
Prepare marketing plans, proposals
Manage credit and debtors' accounts to reduce organization exposure to risk
Prepare monthly sales reports
Manage hire purchase scheme
