Notable achievements: - Implemented over 20K test cases following strict TDD (Test-Driven Design) after every single bug / new features / changes, which increased the test coverage up to 90+% -- translated into increased the stability of the once-MVP product by significant margin. - Optimized and cut the monthly cost on AWS by nearly 40% - Converted one of the old microservices into an AWS Lambda function. - Upgraded the legacy codebase from Node 6 to Node 16 (latest at the time) - Migrated file storage from Mongo DB to AWS S3 bucket and cut the size of DB by 98% (2% of its size before migration) - (Re-)built 3rd party integrations with Xero, Quickbooks, Chargebee, Zapier. - Build & maintain web-based frontend & backend system for business-critical back office tasks. - Tech stack improvement (dockerization, cloud function deployment, etc.) - Website optimization. During the time here at Bloomon I was able to get my hand dirty with various part of a growing online flower delivery startup, from the customer-facing website to the internal management system, improving our backend from monolith to micro-services, play the Kanban Master role, and many more. For most of the time I worked closely with Supply Chain team whose job is to purchase flower materials and deliver based on customers' orders. I worked with team consists of people from various countries (~18 different nationalities for tech team alone) across the world, while working remotely in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

- Main owner of web-based software solution -- Terminal Management System. - Writing/maintaining technical documents. During the time in XAC I was in charge of the TMS project, a software product of the credit card terminal manufacturer company. Since I was pretty much the only person has sufficient knowledge with web developing on the team, I get to participate many aspect of the whole product ranging from developing, writing user manuals, testing, trouble shooting for the customers (companies, not end-users).
