Dr. Eric Berg obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1988. Before this, he studied pre-med at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1983 to 1985 and served in the Army Reserve, where he received training in X-ray technology. In addition to his chiropractic degree, Dr. Berg has pursued advanced and specialized academic training at various institutions. These include the National-Lincoln School of Postgraduate Education, Southern California College of Chiropractic, International Scoliosis Research Center, Risk Management in Louisiana Union of Chiropractic, and Motor Vehicle Collision Injuries at LUCP. Dr. Berg has also passed the National Board of Chiropractic Examination parts I, II, and III received the Certificate of Proficiency in Chiropractic X-rays and is board-certified in Virginia, California, and Louisiana. He is also certified in Microscopy, live blood cell analysis, and diagnostic interpretation of neuro-selective current perception threshold. Besides his academic accomplishments, Dr. Berg has dedicated significant personal resources to philanthropic organizations that share his passion for wellness and healing. Together with his wife Karen, they have made generous contributions to national and international organizations promoting dieting and fitness education. Throughout his 30 years of chiropractic practice in Alexandria, Virginia, Dr. Berg cared for more than 40,000 individuals. Additionally, he provided seminars for government agencies such as the Library of Congress, the Federal Communication Commission, the National Institute of Science, the FBI, and others. Dr. Berg is recognized as a foremost authority in nutrition science and has devoted his career to sharing his expertise with others.
