End User Support Technician @ Atlanta Information Management
Drew Jarred Carrington is a computer specialist who has 10 years of experience in a variety of roles, and who serves as an end-user support technician at Atlanta Information Management. Since taking this job in 2017, Drew Jarred Carrington has been responsible for numerous tasks, including helping to rebuild computer systems after a ransomware attack.
Mr. Carrington served as a computer science intern with the National Security Agency (NSA) in 2015 while studying for his MS in computer science. While there, he was involved in creating a framework that helped to optimize the NSA’s Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) hyperparameters. He also has experience with the Intergraph Corporation, where he served as a software development and QA engineering intern.
In addition to an MS, Mr. Carrington holds a BS in computer science, which he obtained from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. When studying for the degree, he also minored in Japanese. Outside of his career, he enjoys several hobbies, such as snowmobiling and video games.
