RESPONSIBILITIES/ACHIEVEMENT
• M&E Role:
• Oversee the Enabel skill development training running on a daily basis.
• Preparing activity budget and making funds request, managing project finances and accountability, preparing weekly and monthly reports financial report.
• Assist in M&E activity, preparing monthly and weekly activity work plans for project activities to be implemented.
• Working with the District education officers, Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA), and Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) on skilling youths.
• Conducting follow-up and filing success stories on skills development training and making presentations at reflection meetings.
• Working as the focal person between WIU, UMA, YWCA, District officials, and the Refugee/Community Leaders.
• Coordination: Representing Windle International Uganda at sector and coordination meetings with other partners and placed organization interest in the agenda of meetings.
• Financial Roles: Managed project funds and accountabilities management, reporting and controls, making payments, drafting budgets quarterly.
• Management Roles: Managing and supervising 5 project Staff, Overseeing and managing Enabel and ECW Project Materials provided by Donors, Managing Donor Relationships, and public relations.
• Monitoring and evaluation: Developed monitoring tools, reporting templates, questionnaires, and setting indicators for tracking the progress of the project against the set project objective.
• Logistics and procurement: Supported the procurement of a wide range of goods, commodities, and services that are required through sub-contracts and purchase orders for the program activities and guiding Windle International Uganda kiryandongo Procurement committee as the Chairperson.
Provided periodical activity, financial and quarterly reports to the Settlement Manager.
