I have 15 years e-Commerce experience (Yahoo Shopping Center, www.books.com.tw, Eastern Home Shopping…) always at the intersection between Product, Marketing, and Sales. I am a skilled communicator with strong ability in translating business requirements into technical terms among stakeholders.
In my current job I am responsible for organizing marketing campaigns and engaging customers via various digital channels. I have to conduct the marketing research and find the opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates. I implement e-commerce methodologies and work in partnership with suppliers to develop and introduce new products to the market.
My strengths are cooperating across departments and parties, planning and marketing new services, improving product quality, analyzing operating data, modeling business strategy and managing a variety of partners. Also, I have been successful in recruiting, retaining, motivating and mentoring support staff to improve team effectiveness and expand sales to domestic and foreign markets.
I keep in start-up attitude and enjoy driving digital tools to complete task, and I am passionate about participating in creative projects that are good for the world.
