• Act as digital copyright manager, successfully collect 529 e-books with 5 different languages, assist to sell the product in 8 countries
• Collect and analyze the industry information, technological trend and customer feedback for the R&D team
• Plan and execute marketing campaign, organize product launch conference and 80 times events in the bookstore and library
• Conduct a training plan for the partner to increase sales in the bookstores, TV shopping and online
• Coordinate the €0.5 million government sponsored research project
