Run and manage the Enterprise Europe Network EEN Singapore, an international Business Network under the European Union EU set up by SMF, Enterprise Singapore and Intellectual Property Intermediary Singapore Recipient of SMF's customer service excellence award Work closely with companies and C-level clientele to understand their business functions and needs for internationalization. Business matching of companies between Singapore and the EU to promote, assist and boost international business cooperation, research & development partnerships. Doing consultative selling by understanding the customer's RFID & barcode requirements as well as discussing SATO's products' implementation. Making sales presentations in conjunction with product demonstrations.
