Dealing with clients with various characteristics and targets is my biggest daily challenge. My responsibilities include: finding new clients with a variety of approaches and maintaining their needs. The second responsibility includes receiving client complaints and input. I work a lot with the Marketing Team in getting and providing insights about clients. The support from my Team Leader and Manager plays a very important role here, besides of course a great curiosity and does not close myself off from all kinds of lessons learned, both in the office and in the field.
