User experience and interaction design
Defined the user experience crossing company’s digital and physical products, including company website (mygita.com), mobile app, touch interface and lighting communication on gita robot, company’s first following cargo robot. Collaborated with marketing team and engineering team to deliver low/high-fidelity and working prototype.
Worked with people specializing in researching, marketing, engineering and branding to create PFF’s future product pipeline as the first product has entered the production phase. I was responsible for designing and visualizing the future product ideas based on the user feedback, technology feasibility and market opportunities, as well as making sure these ideas are aligned with our brand mission.
Led the package design of company’s first consumer product from iterating and presenting the concept, to bringing package suppliers and engineers outside of the company to and executing the idea. Worked with people from graphic design, branding, and shipping to integrate the package design into a holistic unboxing solutions, as well as managed the timeline and day-to-day communications across sites and functions to keep the development pace.
Cooperated with designers and students from different disciplines during the concept creation workshop to brainstorm and generate new product ideas for a local carbon fiber manufacturer.
Worked with senior designers to hold early-stage workshop with clients to specify value proposition and client’s needs. Conducted design research and ethnographic interviews to investigate user behavior. Created user personas based on research and client’s needs. Proposed concepts with sketches during internal meetings, then developed concepts with CAD software and 2D renderings.
Created graphic assets and designed PR collateral including logo, business card, flyers and backdrop, digital greeting card, for occasions and holidays during my time in Military Alternative Service.
Taught senior high school students basic design methodologies including user journey and persona by holding a half-day workshop at National Cheng Kung University.
