❖ After Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, I gained a new role as the Sales & Business Development lead for family-friendly travel in KKday Taiwan market. Leading a new team of 11 members, we successfully achieved 102% target achieve rate and launched 190 products in half a year. ❖ In February 2021, I partnered with Apple and Taipei Metro Company to launch the first travel-industry "App Clip" application in Asia. Being the project manager, I not only worked closely across exteral and internal parties, but also held a press conference that gained over 40 media coverages. After two months after its launch, we gained a 1,098% new customer acquisition growth (MoM) on App Clip products and over $163K USD media exposure and 1,000 free offline advertising spaces on Taipei Metro carriages and TVC on Taipei Metros' platforms. ❖ In 2019-2020, I led a team of five with three different nationalities, and oversaw customer lifecycle management by building a RFM model and touchpoints messaging automation plan across different channels. Achieved a 32% CVR in push notifications and 115% YOY revenue growth in retained customers in TW/JP/KR markets. ❖ Conducted growth projects on retention and referral and worked with IT teams to increase APP installs. Gained over 6500 installs and 24% of growth in APP orders in one week with non-paid initiatives.
