Full-time❖ Built and established the Flash Coffee brand and marketing team in Taiwan from scratch, helping the brand to increase its awareness upon launching in this new market with PR and influencer marketing initiatives. Received over 150 pieces of top tiered media coverage and 100 KOL seeding exposures, gaining a total of 109M reach online. This was praised as the most successful market launch in Flash Coffee history.
❖ Led and oversaw the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies across multiple channels, including 3rd party delivery platforms, app, ecommerce sites, and over 22 offline stores. Grew the business and managed sales performance with the operation team.
❖ Monitored, reviewed, and reported on all marketing activities and results with the broader team, and collaborated with the management team to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
❖ Continuously ensured the company's sales and marketing goals are communicated across the entire local market and regional office, and improved the company's marketing outreach efforts.
