Justin Dye, principal of Heritage Elementary School, knew that he was destined to be a leader in his field. As principal of the 1,000 student low income charter school, he changed the “D” letter grade rating of the school to an “A” in just three years. He also oversaw a staff of eighty people and helped families in need by working hand-in-hand with them.
