Developed the company vision & mission to attract & collaborate with two senior executives as co-founders. Led the Customer development activity to interview 100 potential Customers & 20 experts to validate the customer hypotheses for the wellness problem space & solution space. Successfully ran a pilot to further validate the solution hypotheses. Led product management to develop the 1st version of the Web App for the wellness platform.

Conceptualised & developed a unique co-working / co-living space near Auroville. Designed mindful work, living & rest elements across the space to nudge our clients to be more self aware & centered while they are in the space.

Onboarded the e-Services platform & Analytics team, ramping up the team to 15 members. Conducted campus drives & Hackathons to spot Data Sciences talent & onboarded them as interns in the org. Closed 5 platform deals over 1 year across Healthcare, Wellness, Lifestyle & Enterprise verticals. Successfully managed & executed on the platform projects for the clients. Was instrumental in creating a project estimation framework & testing automation framework for our e-Services Platform.

Onboarded the Data Sciences & Analytics team from scratch. Successfully evolved the Sales intelligence platform for VMWare Channel Sales team as the client. Closed a Data Sciences platform deal with GOQII and successfully built a wellness e-Coaching platform. Conducted Data Sciences workshops at NITK, Surathkal and conducted a nation wide Data hackathon called "Karnataka Crime Prediction" contest. Helped the team in California to go on a roadshow for a new Analytics platform called Real Time Analytics Platform.
