Marketing Manager

Function: Strategic planning and control of different marketing functions for lead generations and business growth through distributors/dealers. Brand management & communications through Adverting, Promotion, eMarketing, Public Relations and Event.
Duties:
Digital Marketing
* Formulation of Digital marketing plan including content, schedule for Company website, B2B sites, online ads, SEO, SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) & eDM with regular review and improvement plan
* CRM –Design of work flow & architecture, user training, deployment and data management
Advertising, Public Relations and Events
* Formulate the theme for Advertising, Public-Relations & Event and follow-up the details with agencies, editors & vendors
* Prepare marketing collaterals e.g. sales kit, brochure, leaflet, corporate video and corporate gift
Channel Marketing
* Monitor and supervise the trade marketing for distributors (along with brand guideline and budget)
Product Marketing (Project-based)
* Convert technical information to sales/consumer language for training and sales materials
New Product Launch (Project-based)
* Market study and prepare the Go-to-market strategy and promotion plan in collaboration with sales team
Department Management & Administration (Daily Operation)
* Plan, control and monitor of marketing budget
* Supervise and coach a team of marketing executives and designer
* Station in Zhuhai office and frequent travel to Macau & HK offices

* Continuous annual sales growth (around 6%)
* Formulation of Print-Rite Brand Visual Guideline
* Product Launch Conference of JUMPR 75+ in Frankfurt with presence of around 80 trade partners and
