Full-timeIn charge of Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA) Program International Student Training & Internship.
Job scope:
• Collaborate with software engineers to maintain and optimize website platforms, such as the official website, online learning platform, registration system, training record system, and spearheaded the AI resume analysis system.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to allocate resources and budget appropriately, analyze past data, and make adjustments to maximize benefits.
• Organize various activities related to international students, including international forums, collaborations with AWS, Microsoft, META, and other companies. Also, organize a 400-person job fair and end-of-term exhibition (planning, execution, closure).
• Enhance work and internship opportunities for foreign talents in Taiwan, connect foreign nationals with the Taiwanese industry, and establish a network of professionals from around the world.
• Responsible for writing social media content and translating between Chinese and English.
Results/Achievement:
• Achieved an 85% user satisfaction rate on all web platforms for three consecutive years.
• Established contact with major universities through phone calls and face-to-face meetings, conducted outreach to various enterprises and vendors, resulting in a 150% increase in enrollment rate in 2022, and a 100% increase in corporate registration rate.
• Integrate present technology into work, using tools such as Slido and Gather Town, to increase productivity and effectiveness
• Create virtual event space using Gather Town to increase international exposure of TCA via online presence:

• Invited by multiple institutions to give speech on foreigners in Taiwan, including The Chinese Flagship Overseas Capstone Program in Taiwan and Chung Yuan Christian University.
