Full-timeContributing to the development and implementation of our global HR strategy to support the overall PEAK Wind business strategy.
Acting as the first point of contact for team members and managers for People & Development matters across your dedicated countries and Business Units and provide them with pragmatic and consistent guidance on employee matters
Implementation of HR system - Employ
Oversee and ensure compliance with applicable local and country-specific employment laws in designated countries
Developing & maintaining our US office's benefits & healthcare plans
Developing, revising, and maintaining HR policies for our global offices
Drive annual People & Development activities such as Talent Reviews, Performance & Development
Dialogues and Salary Reviews with employees and department managers
Driving recruitment processes, incl. writing job profiles, posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the process with the hiring team
Ad hoc tasks and development projects within People & Development
Analyzing the need for automation of internal People & Development processes to improve HR operational efficiencies
