Michelle Beltran is an author, life coach and psychic medium living in Northern California. During her long and successful career, she has worked in a number of different capacities. After finishing college with a degree in political science, she started her career by working in law enforcement for the Air Force. She later transitioned into working as a probation officer. In this position, she was responsible for starting the first K9 Narcotic Drug Detection Program in the department, and one of only five in the state. After discovering her love of cycling, she retired from this role in order to cycle competitively, which she did successfully for seven years. At that time, she decided to make a change in her life and enrolled at the Chico Psychic Institute and Reno Psychic Institute, thus inspiring her to start her own business.
