Support to Portuguese, Brazilian, English and Spanish passangers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about services
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Increase customer retention loyalty program by implementing creative problem-solving skills
Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer service platforms email, telephone, loyalty program,
Navigate between computer screens QuickRes System, Comarch CRM
and MARKETING System, Email and Web Browser while actively listening and entering customer information
