我是去年6⽉畢業於國立台灣大學政治系國際關係組的Noah 洪揚斌。在大學四年,透過活動參與及學⽣創業經驗,我培養了幾項核心能⼒,相信能為公司在開發客戶與客戶關係管理的過程中帶來貢獻。 1.跨部⾨溝通協調:由於擔任許多不同活動之主理人,必須協調⼿下各種不同部門間的爭議與解決問題。如2017年擔任政治之夜總召時協調行銷與公關部門,使其相互協助,解決資⾦籌措不⾜足的窘境。 2.市場洞察能⼒:2019年觀察到日系時尚生活雜誌POPEYE在周邊朋友之間的流⾏,同時體認到現下人們對於社群平台的依賴程度⽇漸升高,因此創立了一本時尚⽣活線上雜誌,以IG為主要發佈管道。以專訪為主軸,產出優質文章與照片內容,進行好的內容行銷策略,吸引顧客並且與KOL進⾏合作,創造良好收益。 3.團隊領導能⼒:參與過許多不同活動,知曉團隊合作在引導活動成功道路之重要性,因此,這幾 年來在團隊合作上扮演了關鍵性的潤滑劑⾓角⾊色,解決團隊裡的合作問題。2018年臺大電影獎時,分配能夠發揮他們特長、感受到被尊重的⾓色和崗位。並且提供他們更多發表意見的機會、想法能夠充分表達。邀請他們共同承擔分配任務的責任,使他們更清楚⾃己在整體目標中的職責所在。 綜上所述,我相信這些能⼒能夠幫助貴公司在企劃發想中,製造優質、吸引顧客的內容,幫助公司提高用戶黏著度以及優化行銷策略,最終轉化為實質的銷售數字。附檔是我的中英⽂履歷與作品集,歡迎參閱。

• Inspired by the huge influence social media had had on the millennials and the enthusiasm I had for fashion and lifestyle, decided to found this online magazine through Instagram. • Invited renowned figures from diverse fields including the founder of Sillage, Nicholas Yuthanan, 2019 Golden Indie Music Awards nominee, LINION etc.to participate in the magazine. • Supervised the overall direction of the outputs and approached to other digital platforms and KOL for collaboration. • Rapidly drew over 700 die-hard fans on Instagram within 2 months.

NTU Focus Time:January 2019–June 2019 Position:Director • In charged of the biggest fashion-related press in NTU, presented a variety of dressing style through taking snapshots of fashionable NTU students. • Shaped the image of the press consistent with the core values and deliver them to audiences throughout all possible channels. • Developed Facebook page content strategies, and controlled the execution of content, which increased likes by 20% within two months. NTU Film Festival Time:January 2018–May 2020 Position:Vice Curator • Organized one of the largest annual film events in NTU . • Coordinated between departments to assure the diverse events including film salons, film awards etc. were running expectedly. • Managed the event’s social media accounts and defined content strategies and communication style to enhance the fan base and to develop channels strengthening engagement. Increased Facebook page likes by 30% and generated posts reach of average 27k+ people within two months without advertisement.
