Before entering the Chicago-area real estate sector, Noe Velazquez worked for 15 years in the industrial setting, serving tenures as a lab technician/supervisor with Colors for Plastics in Elk Grove Village and a computer numerical control (CNC) machinist with facilities in several Chicago suburbs. These facilities included Machine Works in West Chicago, Custom Aluminum Products in South Elgin, and Multitech Machined Components in Carol Stream. To prepare for these positions, Noe Velazquez completed technical courses in areas that range from Mastercam CNC tool pathing to SolidWorks 3D CAD design. Since completing the training necessary to become a real estate broker in 2019, Noe Velazquez has helped clients buy and sell homes in more than 40 Chicagoland communities. Working out of Century 21 1st Class Homes offices in Schaumburg, he also assists with rental transactions. Mr. Velazquez lives just west of Schaumburg in the Kane County village of South Elgin. In his free time, he regularly works out and plays outside with his child.
