Richard Stockton Braemar has always been interested in real estate. After graduating from Cornell University, he began his career at Morgan Stanley and worked there for more than 15 years. In that time, he played a variety of roles including real estate investment banking and international leadership positions in Singapore, London, and New York. In 2015, after 15 years and six months at Morgan Stanley, Stockton took his first role as President and CEO at OUE Limited. OUE Limited is a real estate developer, owner, and operator based in the U.S., Asia, and beyond.
