Framework means that since product integration was usually a standard process (from API spec evaluation, bet statement design, website landing page design and also the flow of placing the bet), I summarized the whole process and present it as a standard software requirement specification and questionnaire for my user. So by having this framework, we actually reduced the integration time from 3-6 months to 1-2 months Business Process Management System: Designed and delivered a business process management system with IAM access control
