Travelstart is a product-based company that specialises in airline, hotel, taxi, and bus travel. ● As the head of applications, I've worked on product and UX/UX architecture. ● We used the Flutter Platform to create a mobile and mWeb application. ● App lifecycle events and custom events are gathered and transmitted to our Big Data storage servers for analysis. ● Uses REST calls to interact with the backend Analytics platform. ● Project includes SQLite, Core Data, encryption, Core Location Services, firebase. ● I'm the scrumbag (scrum master) in charge of regular stand-ups and sprint preparation. ● Created and provided call centre agent preparation, maintained a running list of hot topics, developed reporting measures to assess the quality and efficacy of people and systems, and served as a liaison between front-line support staff and product engineers. ● I was in charge of schedules, staff success and dynamics, as well as all facets of employee management, including performance evaluations.
