- Established the network and relationship with Taiwan tech startups and companies, recruited instructors and hiring partners to support our students in bootcamps.
- Collaborated with industry partners on several events to increase brand awareness. Strong ability to establish connections - Identified, structured, negotiated and established the strategic partnership with Taiwan startups and corporates, helping the company to gain brand awareness within the tech industry.
- People-oriented with strong analytical skills - supported and coached ALPHA Camp’s students in developing new careers in tech.
- Initiated and organised Stanford “How to start a startup” study program in Taipei together with NTUST, Garage+, SLP Taipei, over 700 sign-ups in this 10-week program in 2014, which motivated young talents in Taiwan.
- Designed and pioneered Taiwan's first fintech hackathon with DBS with over 100 participants, partnered with tech companies like Microsoft, LINE, Parse, etc., which influenced many Taiwan banks to launch fintech hackathons or programs later on.
