As an entrepreneur defined, developed and implemented deliverable for following clients. • Cyber Defenders - Curriculum development for Computer Vision, Cyber Security, Product Management with University of Utah, LLNL / San Jose City College, General Assembly • Shape Security - Helped create the mobile product and customer offerings for Shape Security. Shape is leader in cyber security. • IEEE – Defined and created a framework for IEEE to implement standards in an open source way. • YouBase.io - As a consulting Head of Product for YouBase.io, helped with blockchain technology and define its first product. Assisted in successful fundraising.

As an early product management leader established the discipline at a Fortune 500 Inc. • Delivered three products in three years. Products dealt with secure communications, identity and data engineering. • Developed product management processes across organization and mentored full-time and intern product team to adopt product management best practices. • Designed and developed scalable products to reduce operational costs for paper chart acquisition to order of 100M$.

• Early (v1) of Microsoft HealthVault team. In addition to developing number product features, focused on developer and partner ecosystem. Developed the partner ecosystem from 17 to 400 with creative community and open source software building. • Core developer for Windows CE Core update operating system(v1). Improved the performance for compression in one case from 20 hours to 5 mins. Worked with ODMs like HTC, LG, HP, Qualcomm etc. This is same system used until Windows Phone 7, and all Windows CE devices. • Original member(v1) of Windows PowerShell team. Worked in internationalization of windows PowerShell for Asian languages. Created a performance testing system and was original author of the PowerShell scripts library.
