For example, I planned Model 3 Launch Store Sales Event detail and manpower assessment.(Created an innovative way in Sale and achieved a 40% order conversion rate from reservation holders without a test drive.)
-Assisted in the planning, implementation, and follow up of store operational tasks such as work shift manpower planning and projects including but not limited to outbound events and sales networking activities
-Helped team members grow through continuous coaching, teaching of competitive landscape, and role play. For instance, I grew and nurtured a part time team from 2 to up to 10, and 5 of them converted to full time successfully
