Responsibilities

Content Management (CMS)

Tools : Interwoven Teamsite, Adobe Experience manager AEM 6.3, SAP Hybris.

  • Using the CMS tools, constant changes were made to the Ecommerce site on-the-go to felicitate the web users with up-to date promotions, deals, product launches. 
  • Helped content creators, content authors and product owners in the below. 
          - Granting/ revoking access to users/groups in CMS systems.
          - Content changes / deployments.
          - Config changes to templates and wireframes.
          - Troubleshooting the content issues on website.
          - Validating the workflow changes.
          - Data imports/uploads from/to cloud systems.

Incident / Problem Management

Tools : PIER, Bridge Clarify CRM, NG Autofix, HEAT, Opsgenie, Confluence.
  • Actively handled several incidents / tickets, service requests (SR) within SLA across various queues' using the mentioned tools.
  • Analyze an incident upon its priority (p1,p2,p3,p4). if it is under our area we accept if not we send it to relevant teams.
  • Upon accepting, we investigate further and interact with relevant teams and then bring it to closure upon service restoring.
  • Once closed, we make an RCA (root cause analysis) SOP (standard operating procedure doc) for it and upload in Knowledge base.
  • Proactively handled p1, p2 incidents and driven to closure.

Change / Release Management

Tools : PIER, HP SM, Confluence, JIRA, Jenkins, Run-deck, Gitlab, bitbucket.

  • Actively handled several code / content deployments and changes in regular sprints and hotfixes in various lower, UAT, Preview, staging and production environments.
