  • Engaged 100+ people by conducting 10+ interviews and 5 workshops to consolidate the needs of the community and the time-bank promotion strategy.
  • Assisted partnered tech companies (Timelinker, GCEC Taiwan, Dobtor System and FiO) to apply blockchain, AI and website platforms to time-bank systems based on the needs of different communities.

Chief Marketing and Leadership Development Officer  AIESEC in Taiwan(社團法人國際經濟商管學生會)

AIESEC is the world's largest youth leadership development organization under UNESCO.

  • Coordinated and facilitated 18 local office CMOs to generate product marketing strategy based on market research and sustainable supply from building long-term partnerships with 5 countries; product leads reached 100% growth; conversion rate from leads to customer reached 14% growth.
  • Redesigned customer platform UI based on UX research with focused group interviews; led to 85% conversion rate growth.
  • Re-positioned our brand and synergized with CHO to generate member recruitment strategy and led 18 local offices to conduct online and physical campaigns; resulted in 700+ applicants.

Red Peak Group is an agency of award-winning designers and brand strategists. Our clients include Acer, The North Face, Nike, MediaTek etc.

  • Analyzed and consolidated 5 competitors of Acer Facebook fan page with KPIs (number of fans, engagement, product related posts ratio), social listening, and posts and campaigns content strategy analysis; resulted in driving customer sharing content increasing and posting timing change.
  • Consolidated and proposed key selling points of key product of each product line for Acer 2016 Consumer Portfolio Notebook, 2-in-1, Tablet Section by analyzing media reviews and comparing features of competitive products from 5 brands.
  • Created competitive landscape with 5 brands and consolidated product feature adjectives for Trend Micro (Dr. Mobile) entering social mobile gaming market, and assisted its re-brand workshop facilitation.
  • Conducted campus online promotion for intern recruitment project and achieved 120% of number of applicants through defining the targeting candidate and strategically posting in targeted groups.

AIESEC International Congress is the annual world-largest youth convention (1000+ youth leaders from 125 countries and 200+ business partners) and the biggest youth conference Taiwan has ever held in recent 20 years.

  • Led 9 members from Taiwan and Hong Kong from 8 universities to achieve 100,000+ online followers (includes: Facebook, YouTube and official website) and build a strong brand image by brand & online marketing strategy, and visual work with graphics, multimedia and souvenir design for the congress and its 5 series of public events.
