Research different material of chamber wall to reduce the probability of chemical dropping problem. (We use TFPE to replace FPE.)
New tool chamber exhaust specification need to be above 1000mPA, but facility end could only offer to 800mPA.I come out a solution that add some blowers in exhaust pipeline between machine end to facility end.
When Arm move to home position since the wafer process ending, some dropping problems would happen. Our team come out a solution that install suckback valve between flow meter to Arm pipeline.

Due to the highly enthusiasm of Electrical engineering, I decide to put myself into this area.
I was on duty independently as a newbie in TSMC in six months. And I also have many experiences about wet cleaning. I’m familiar with the machines of LAM like DV, DVP, EOS, and SEZ 4300 series. In addition, I successfully installed new machine independently in one month and got a good result.
I have strong self-learning ability to learn new things and related skills, such as lay-out planning and RFID. In the end, I'm looking forward to have the opportunity to get this job!
