Warren Marr

Warren Marr is a Managing Director at one of the largest professional services firms in the world. Experienced in both the operations and consulting aspects of the hospitality and leisure industries, Warren leads many of the larger hospitality and leisure advisory engagements, with a focus on corporate strategy and business planning, portfolio transaction analyses, and market positioning and repositioning. Additional areas of expertise include lodging REIT / TRS lease structuring, management oversight, project concept development, valuation analyses, and contract analysis and support.

Warren Marr holds the CRE and CCIM designations for commercial real estate, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Hotel Development Council, previously serving as its Vice Chair - Membership.

In his current role, Warren Marr is responsible for leading many of the larger hospitality business advisory engagements for the firm. He also prepared operating budgets for the hotel and served on the Hotel Association's Labor Mediation Board.

Warren Marr coordinated installation of furnishings, fixtures and equipment during a major construction/renovation project, as F.F. and E. coordinator for the Westin William Penn Hotel. Warren Monitored general job progress with interior designer, procurement company, major suppliers, and all subcontractors to ensure completion dates were met. (1985-1986)

Warren Marr was part of Westin's takeover team at the William Penn Hotel. His accomplishments included the successful turnaround of the front office, guest services, and telephone departments to Westin standards. In addition, Warren completed monthly rooms division profit and loss statements. (1984-1985)

Upon completion of Westin's corporate management training program, Warren Marr worked in a number of management positions in the rooms and food & beverage departments at the Westin Bellevue-Stratford. (1981-1984)
