Wayne Vandenburg

TVO Groupe Chairman and CEO

After growing up in the Chicago suburb of Cicero, Illinois, Wayne Vandenburg attended the University of New Mexico (UNM) in Albuquerque on an athletic scholarship. He earned three track and field letters at UNM before serving the team as a graduate assistant. In honor of his subsequent contributions to competitive running, Wayne Vandenburg garnered multiple honors including an NCAA Cross Country Coach of the Year designation and a place on the USA Track & Field Foundation Board of Directors.

After his intercollegiate and professional sports career ran its course, Mr. Vandenburg entered the real estate industry as a prominent advisor and consultant. He founded Chicago’s TVO Groupe in 1983 and continues to serve as its chairman and chief executive officer. Through its operating platforms TVO Europe and TVO Capital Management, TVO Groupe provides a range of property investment, development, and management services.

Wayne Vandenburg currently leads TVO Groupe operations as a resident of Frisco, Texas. When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling the world and attending prominent national and global sporting events.
