Design
- Draw schematic by using OrCAD
- Review layout including Placement,Power shape,High speed signals...etc
- Create symbol for HW design
- Generate check list and ducument of schematic
- Study and reference PDG and IC specification
- Cowork with SI, Layout, ME for layout placement and signal routing
Measurement/Verification
- Provide test specification and report
- Measure the quality and behavior of signals with oscilloscoper
- Measure the quality of Power Rail including Open Short, Power Voltage, Power Leakage...etc
- Verify Power on/off sequence
- Verify the function on board including LAN, Serdes, LED, Serial Port...etc
- Verify the HW design on board
- Issue debug and provide solution
- Support system level measurement and verification
- Cowork with other function teams such as SW, ME, Layout, SI, EA, Power...etc
