＊＊Executed the quantitative and qualitative research, and doing the upgrade test, competitor analysis of in-house application. Increase total revenue 177% and total lifetime users 139% in six months.

Project management in Information Technology department; specialized in requirement analysis for the software development of Web, App, B2B, ERP, SFC and PPS system. Participated in Apple's global supply chain improvement process with OEM. 

Accomplishments 

---Apple project: 

＊＊Executed the biggest project of the year in 2016 which established a new business module in Chengdu site and led a cross-functional team with more than 15 people participating in. Reduced project timeline up to 20%. 

＊＊Managed 6 projects change requests and requirements for international clients, and also developed and maintained a detailed project plan for each project. Organized and conducted weekly conference calls with customers to review goals and project progress. 

In-house project(Online educational platform ): 

＊＊Took charge of an online educational platform project for one year since 2014. 

＊＊Cooperated with more than 20 people including customers, engineers and testers, and being the director of Web development team and test team.
